the quest trudges on

tuesday was my last day with a company i have been with for the last 7 & 1/2 years - strange, weird, excited would be the words of the day. i am really looking forward to this next phase when i am not terrified about not having a steady paycheck.

i am taking the next 3 months to work part time & my other "job" is researching to figure out what the heck i am supposed to do next. looking at finally getting that degree...travel (peace corps?)....starting a business with my friend....so many options. still waiting for al to call. i just figure he doesn't want to seem over anxious - that would only encourage more of "that kind of behavior" (read mine) at other events...

in the meantime i am taking a much anticipated, and might i add well deserved vacation this week.
